Minor Medical Cannabis Referral

At Caduceus Medical Partners, we are committed to providing compassionate care for minor patients in Montana who may benefit from medical cannabis treatment. If you're a parent or guardian seeking to obtain a first-time medical cannabis card for your child, our team is here to guide you through every step of the process. We work closely with you and your child’s healthcare providers to ensure all medical requirements are met, and that the appropriate documentation is submitted. Our goal is to make this process as clear and supportive as possible, helping you access the benefits of medical cannabis in a safe, legal, and responsible way.

What's Next?

After obtaining the certification from the doctor, a second physician must provide a written certification, confirming that the minor's condition qualifies for medical marijuana use.

Next, the parent or guardian must submit a completed application form as prescribed by the Montana Department of Revenue, along with the minor's written certifications from both physicians. Additionally, proof of legal guardianship must be provided.
